Dear all,

thanks to the great work and effort of first and foremost Marion we have a
set of documents ready for final checking for the preliminary tax exemption
request.

 -->  [ The request below to all of us is to please review,
        as far as possible, until tomorrow's EC meeting, Oct 30. ]

Regarding content, this is our proposal for submission. Minimal formatting
issues may still be there and might be fixed beforehand. Overall, this
leaves chances to submit it by the end of this week.

The names should be more or less self-explanatory, thus only few comments:

The statute has been translated into German (B1), the corresponding English
version (B2) has experienced three more edits. Moreover, we have gathered
comments on that for future work that still need to be fed into the working
Google doc version (v6). For reviewing those edits and comments, the
commented version (X) is attached, not becoming part of the request.

Regarding the Bylaws (in their English version), I need to clarify with
Marion again whether those shall be part of the preliminary request or not.
To be safe, they are included here in the corresponding version (B3).

  --> If possible, please have a look at/over A to D2, and at the 3 edits in
X.

I'd suggest we use tomorrow's EC meeting for final statements and a decision
whether to send those items as the preliminary tax exemption request or
whether further work is required.
