Dear Fabian and Oliver,
we (briefly) discussed the status of documents for the preliminary tax
exemption request [1] in the EC meeting and would like to ask you to have a
look at them (cf. my original message below) and possibly comment on them
by, basically, Sunday, Nov 2 (more precisely, by Monday morning, Nov 3,
08:00 CET at the lastest, please).
If you don't have a chance to look at the documents by that time, please let
us know, especially Marion and myself.
If you see a chance, please have a look and make any points that may be
relevant before submitting the preliminary request. If these can be
addressed by Marion on Monday, she will submit the completed request on
Monday, Nov 3. If potential issues could not be fixed "immediately", the
submission will have to be postponed.
Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I need to leave
for now, but will try to respond asap.
Thank you very much in advance for any efforts,
best regards,
Frank
