Subject: [forschungsdaten] Invitation to the Open Science Conference 2025 in Hamburg
-- apologies for cross-posting –
Dear colleagues,
The Open Science Conference (#OSC2025) will take place from 8 to 9 October 2025 in Hamburg – with an option to attend online. We warmly invite you to take part.
Registration is now open at: www.open-science-conference.eu<http://www.open-science-conference.eu>
This year’s conference focuses on the intersection of Open Science and Artificial Intelligence. As AI-based tools become increasingly integrated into research processes, new opportunities arise – along with important questions concerning transparency, reproducibility and reusability.
Across ten discussion and solution sessions as well as 22 posters and demos, the conference provides space for exchange and critical reflection. An additional session will be dedicated to the current safeguarding research movement.
The Open Science Conference brings together researchers, data stewards, infrastructure and library professionals, policymakers, and others engaged in open science practices.
The event is hosted by the Leibniz Strategy Forum Open Science and organised by ZBW – Leibniz Information Centre for Economics.
We look forward to welcoming you in Hamburg or online this October.
Best regards,
Guido Scherp
