[iaoa-bylaws] tax exemption

Dear all,

To advance our project of a preliminary request for tax exemption, I 
wanted to ask you the following questions:

- Has everyone had a chance to look at the last modifications in the 
bylaws?
- In addition to bylaws and statute, we should enclose the financial 
statements and annual reports of the last two years in our request. I 
have collected the financial statements from the website. Are there also 
annual (activity) reports?
- Attached you find a draft (in German) for the letter accompanying our 
request. Everyone who understands German is invited to make comments.

To finish the request, we still need a German translation of the 
statute. I started working on that some time ago, so I think I will be 
able to submit you a proposal soon.
