Hi Marion,
sorry for the delay

- I replied some open issues in the bylaws document.
- the President speech at the annual assembly (and perhaps even his email at the change of the year to invite members to register) reports on the activities 
(since I lost my email until 2013 due to a disk failure + poor backups + don't know which astral combination, I don't have this info in my computer...)
