trying to be true to my word, I just had a quick look over the letter and
provide some minor comments and change( proposal)s in the attached version.
Sorry for no double-check reading of them.

Could you please read the letter (and comments), as well, first of all?
(I hope I haven't missed an earlier response from you on the letter.)

Not yet, unfortunately ... I'm sorry.

No, I'm afraid, we only have the Public Reports of the EC. In case we wish
to rely on those, I guess we should write those reports that are still
missing before we submit the letter - correct?
