[ontoiop-forum] DOL is adopted

Dear Christian,
yes, we still plan to have an ISO standard as well.
However, note that "having become a OMG standard" is not entirely true
yet. It is true that we have now all the votes. However, currently we
are in the FTF (finalization task force) process, which will last until
September or so. Only then we will have a published standard.
