I was just scanning through Chap 4 of the DOL spec (Feb. 8, from
github). I see the following:

"query language OMS language speci􏰄cally dedicated to queries
Example SPARQL, Prolog
Note There are also general purpose OMS languages, which can express
both OMS and queries."

If a query language is an OMS language, then a query is an OMS. So
saying that there are OMS languages which can express both OMS and
queries is redundant.

Is there a need for some term which captures the concept of non-query OMS?
