[iaoa-infrastructure] Meeting today or tomorrow and status == RE: status of the new website

Dear all,

[@Frank: thanks for the feedback]

I propose then to fix a meeting tomorrow at 15:00 CEST with those
available, which right now are Franck, Oliver and myself. I still hope
that others could join as well, especially Ken.
I'll send links tomorrow morning.

The priority is to get a minimal site working asap, even though the
strategy suggested by Oliver, namely to ask FOIS participants wanting
the reduction to commit to register to IAOA by the conference makes a
lot of sense I believe.

I see the following main tasks as the very minimum to be discussed so
that progress can be made:

- setting up the database following the new Swiss data (see # 5.33 on
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rzHwcb86CFFR78EbaWNEc7Y1NizlExc9QGWOSoFR5tU/edit)

- making the login-password WordPress procedure handles expiration date
and other subtleties (# 5.30 or #5.29 if not possible with Wordpress)

- creating the Types and Fees page (# 5.14)

- establish the paypal account linked to Swiss account

- install the payment procedure (at least Paypal and bank transfer) (# 5.35)

But there are of course several other things, see all the purples items
in the todo task (# 5 and 6).

Talk to some of you tomorrow!
Laure
