[iaoa-infrastructure] status of the new website

Dear all,

We urgently need to get things rolling. There has been a mismatch
between deadlines. We had first fixed end of May for completion, and May
15th for site ready to test. But on EC meeting n.192 they expected May
15th for completion. So the sooner the better, although I very much
doubt we can have the site open to registration on May 15th.

You all probably have been doing some tasks while I was away, but have
forgotten to edit the google doc (last edit April 20th!). Could you
please either edit that doc asap, or if not easy to do for some reason,
report through email on what has been attempted/done?

We need to fix a meeting, and I propose this very week. I suggest:

- tomorrow May 10th 15:00 CEST (or 14:00 if that makes it easier for
Amanda to join)
- friday May 11th 15:00 CEST (or 14:00 if that makes it easier for
Amanda to join)

Please reply asap so we can fix this, suggesting other times if needed.
To get things done, I would very much like to see the participation of
at least:  Ken + Valter + Oliver
and if possible: Frank + Amanda

You are of course invited to keep your tasks moving by this meeting! ;-)
