[iaoa-infrastructure] proposal for a fixed slot to work on the website (starting with scripts and database)

Hi Ken, hi Valter, hi all,

I hereby propose to fix a regular slot for the infrastructure group
meetings.

I suggest wednesdays at 15:00 CEST (for at most 2 hours).

For the moment, the most urgent thing is that we have a reduced meeting
with Ken and Valter on the urgent issues in implementing the new
registrations scripts (and the new database), so only their availability
for that slot is needed, starting *this very week* (the day after
tomorrow) and *next week*.

In the future though, it would be good to keep a regular meeting valid
for all the infrastructure group, so you are all invited to tell us
whether such a slot would work for you as well.
