[iaoa-education] Restarting EduTC meetings -> Poll till Oct 18 (14:00 UTC) on availability for a next session between Oct 22-29

I filled in the poll according to my current calendar, because I would 
like to participate, but I may not be able to attend because of a 
personal issue. So please do not take my available times into account 
when making a decision about the meeting.
