[iaoa-education] Restarting EduTC meetings -> Poll till Oct 18 (14:00 UTC) on availability for a next session between Oct 22-29

Hi Frank and all,

I'm not sure I'll be able to attend but ESAO surely deserves attention 
because we are planning FOIS 2025, and need to know how to handle it; at 
this time, also to prepare a budget.
