just as the second half of the year starts, it's also time for our next 
meeting, namely tomorrow.

Please find the corresponding data and an agenda draft below, the latter 
being subject to your ideas for additions and changes.

While I still need to have a look at it myself, it's certainly a good idea

   --> if all of us could review the drafted
       ESAO announcement of session n.02 before the meeting,
       currently at p.19 of the ESAO org. document [3].
