[iaoa-education] Procedure for determining meeting times & preview on next meeting: week of Apr 19, 2021

Dear all,

the procedure discussed for determining our next meetings is this:

1.) The basic meeting interval is 4 weeks.

2.) 3 weeks before the next meeting's week a Doodle poll for that 
meeting is issued.

3.) At the latest 2 weeks before the next meeting's week a decision on 
date and time is made and communicated.


The follow-up meeting (n.46) of today's meeting (n.45) is planned for 
the week starting on Apr 19, 2021. The Doodle poll shall come on Mon, 
Mar 29, 2021.
