[iaoa-education] Possible specialized meeting from Aug 23 on ==?==?utf-8?q? RE(2): Announcement of the IAOA Education Committee Meeting n.50 - Tue, Aug 17, 2021

Dear Laure and Frank, 

Sorry again for my absence in the last meeting.
I read the minutes and I answer some questions below:

1. speakers & schedule
a. program finalization: state / comments on schedule? [see sect. 9]
1: title for A.Galton talk?
2: overview of pre-recordings vs live talks: pre only A.Galton
=> I have fixed a test with Galton on Wednesday 25th August. 
We have already discussed and he told me that  he prefers a live talk (with possible without slides).

2. 2nd call for participation
a. preparation: who and when
b. distribution: who and when
=> I can send the CfPartific for complementary lists, if need.
I can contact Guendalina for that if you agree. 

3. ESAO(-LD) web presence
a. review of ESAO website and wikipage
b. task distribution
c. add links to wikipage to BOSK & ISAO websites
=> Laure, asap you have A. Galton's title, I can update the web site. 

4. registrations & participation
a. nr of ESAO registrations so far [if OK present]
b. who among us will attend in which way?
=> for the technical issues, should I attend physically?  

5. intraday organization
a. technical setup
1: Zoom & hybrid: anything special to know?
=> we have to check the material in the dedicated room. Who is the local contact person? Oliver?

3: test session(s): needed? when?
=> I can take care of fixing a test with each speaker the week before ESAO

b. session chairs
c. preparation of introductory slides and remarks
d. bar camp organization
1: thoughts in [sect. 9.2]
2: hybrid groups possible (physical + online)?
3: experience with break-out rooms? moderators?
=> I have used such rooms and can try to manage that.

9. Next meeting(s) & AoB
* ? any time between Aug 23 and Sep 06 ?
* ? Tue, Sep 07, 09:00 EDT / 13:00 UTC / 15:00 CEST / 16:00 SAST ?
 => It is ok for me on Tue, Sep 07. Laure, can we try to meet before that meeting? 
Tuesday 24 09:00,  Wednesday 25 10:00, or Friday afternoon (between 14:00 and 17:00)
