[iaoa-bylaws] Possibly meet on Mon, Aug 25, 10-12 EDT / 16-18 CEST (?) (_not EC_, but Bylaws Committee)

Dear all,

Michael cannot attend a Bylaws meeting at any time on Monday (and I do not
have feedback on whether on Tuesday), but he suggests that we go ahead
without him. The conference line is available.

While I'm not overly comfortable with this solution and unless anyone else
raises objections, I suggest that those interested and available convene for
a Bylaws Committee meeting on

   Monday, Aug 25, 10:00-12:00 EDT / 16:00-18:00 CEST .

Please see the call details below (regular Skype and chat room; I hope I can
start the call without the problems from last week).

If you're listed as an expected participant but will not join, please let me
or [iaoa-bylaws] know. Likewise, if you have general objections w.r.t. the
meeting.


Remembering our last EC meeting, I'd see the main task for the meeting in
confirming or modifying Marion's adaptations for Switzerland and perhaps
identifying passages of high relevance for tax exemption (which should
remain stable afterwards), such that the resulting intermediate version can
be the basis for a preliminary tax exemption request. Further changes may be
noted for later revisions in the course of relocation.
NB: This is my current understanding of this meeting's purpose, please
mention if yours deviates.


I suggest to limit further communication to [iaoa-bylaws], having cc-ed
[iaoa-council] so far just due to the short notice of the meeting.
