The RDM state initiative FDM-NDS offers a two day workshop about metadata (I assume it is online):

01.07.2025, 10:00-11:30: Praxisbeispiele und Diskussion zum Thema Metadaten

Since metada is the importan key for FAIR data, this workshop might offer an easy entry point.
