[oor-forum] Reminder of meeting tomorrow (July 29)

It looks like Mike Dean and I are the only one's at today's meeting,
so we will need to postpone.

Ken has said that the current default time (Tuesdays at 1000 EDT) is not 
good for him,
so we will need to find a new timeslot for OOR meetings.

I will keep everyone posted about the next meeting date.
