[oor-dev] status: OOR-sandbox (II) at NEU

Ken,

Further to your recent effort to installing, customizing, and standing up a
latest version of the ncbo-appliance (BioPortal vm), to be hosted at NEU as
a replacement for our community (open) OOR Sandbox instance ...

1. Let's use this thread to coordinate and communicate the status of this
effort.

2. I would very much hope that this new OOR instance will be online by Mon
9/15, so I can reconfigure the OOR.NET DNS record, and shutdown the current
OOR-sandbox instance (being hosted at CIM3) before my travels next Tue 9/16.

... would that work?

Please advise status.
