[ontoiop-forum] OntoIOp teleconference (n.78): Mon 2015.06.22

Dear all,

at the Berlin OMG meeting, we have received a lot of useful comments. 
While the atmosphere generally has been very good and we feel that it 
would have been possible to push the standard to an accepting vote, we 
did not do this because we wanted to have more time to address these 
comments. Moreover, after the official vote, the Finalization Task Force 
(FTF) starts its work, and changes are only possibly in a very 
bureaucratic manner.
Instead, we have postponed the vote to the September meeting. Before 
submitting the revised version on August 24, a review panel (consisting 
of Ed Seidewitz, Pete Rivett, Cory Casanave and Conrad Bock) will 
carefully review the DOL standard and give us more feedback. In order to 
let the review panel have some time for the review, we need to revise 
the current document until

      June 30

Please have a look at the 41 issues (12 of which are closed already) in 
the milestone "first revision, for review panel" at
