[iaoa-swao] No meeting for December

Hi all,

Due to lack of availability of key people this week and / or next week, 
there will be no SWAO SIG meeting for December.

Will meet again in January. I will confirm the date nearer the time 
(i.e. whether we meet directly after the New Year weekend of slip it to 
the following week - let me know what suits you best).
