[iaoa-swao] IAOA SWAO SIG Meeting Monday TODAY 7 January 2019

This meeting has been changed to run from 2pm - 3pm Eastern Time going 
forward.

For February the call will be  on 11 Feb rather than 4 Feb due to a 
clash of dates.
