Apparently not.  However, I have been working on the special issue, so it 
would have been appropriate to hold a meeting.  One task I need to 
complete is to specify the reviewers for Mike Bennett's article.  Mike 
cannot do this so I was (finally) given editor status so that I can do it. 
I already reviewed it myself (and sent him my review).  Can I assign you 
as a reviewer?  We need 3 reviewers.  Who would you suggest?
