[iaoa-swao] SWAO Website

As we discussed at the most recent SWAO SIG meeting, I manually migrated 
the SWAO website to the Ontolog Community website.  The home page is:

http://ontologforum.org/index.php/SWAO

The list at the bottom of the page is actually a query, so it will 
automatically be updated whenever we have another SIG meeting.

Now that it is on the wiki it should be much easier to update it.
