[iaoa-swao] IAOA SWAO SIG Meeting Reminder Monday 07 November 2016

Hi Gary,

EDT is the one used in the summer, and EST is the "Standard" time used 
when summer daylight savings time is not in force. I looked it up to 
make sure.

Conversely, CEST is Central European Summer Time and is no longer in 
force as of a week ago, being replaced with the standard CET.

Nore that the time given for this meeting is different in GMT than it 
was during the summer (16:30 in place of 15:30), since it is pinned to 
prevailing Eastern Time. All other times remain the same in their 
locations, since the week when North America and the rest of the 
northern hemisphere are out of synch, has come and gone.
