[iaoa-swao] Monthly SWAO Meeting

We have started the practice of extracting decisions and actions earlier 
in the page (after Agenda, before Lightly Edited Chat Log), with time 
stamps for reference into the Chat Log section.

These include actions carried forward from the previous n.23 14 
September meeting.

The September meeting n.23 has also been updated to show Actions and 
Decisions sepaerately, as above. See:

ALSO
In addition to having the definitive reference version of the Call for 
Papers on the September n.23 wiki page as discussed last time (which is 
already there), we have now uploaded copies to the SWAO wiki directories 
structure, as MS Word and as PDF at the following links:

NEXT STEPS:

The Call for Papers is ready to go out. Mike and / or Ken will send 
these to the list posted by Leo in the August meeting n.22 in the first 
instance, and will get back to Leo with any that turn out to require 
further intervention in order to post. This list has also been posted to 
the SWAO wiki directory as an MS Word file for ease of reference.

I will also post a plain text copy of the Call for Papers as a separate 
email right here.
