[iaoa-swao] Next SWAO Meeting 01 December - wiki down?

Thanks Ken. I can see www.iaoa.org again now, but earlier today that was 
also timing out for me.

Also the wiki is back on line (thanks Peter!)

So it looks like we are on after all.

I'll do the notice now.
