[iaoa-swao] New SIG website is online

Dear all,

I'm happy to let you know that the website of the SWAO SIG is now available
online:

Initiated as our joint effort, Naicong Li has performed the actual work of
implementation, with content contributions from Mike Bennett and others. I
think this is a good step forward for this group and I'm very grateful to
everyone who contributed!

In the same context, please note further that with [2] a dedicated,
role-based email address for contacting the group chairs has been setup, cf.
also [3].

If you have any comments or suggestions for improvement or extension of the
website, please feel free to mention this via the mailing list or contact
those involved directly, e.g. the group chairs [2], Naicong Li, or myself.
