Dear all,

I believe we need to meet to check the progress done and what is still
yet to do.

I suggest  we meet in our usual wednesday slot next week:
wednesday October 3rd 15:00-17:00 CEST.
I also suggest to invite the membership officer Claudio, so I'm asking
to all of you and Claudio to tell me if this slot works for you.

regarding the agenda

here is what I know we should do something about:
- there is something strange going on with the mails (not) sent to the
membership officer by the payment script, and instead "still" sent to
the treasurer email.
- IOS Press access is NOT operational

in addition, I do not know whether:
- the creation of WordPress account works
- the management scripts for the membership officer have been updated
- it was possible (or not) to set the bank account in such a way that
incoming bank transfers send emails (to the membership officer).

but in any case, we should tell the membership officer how things have
been planned, and what he can already do (or not) at this point.
