[iaoa-infrastructure] new version of edit-user-a.php

Hi all, I had some spare time that I used to code some enhancements to 
the edit-user.a.php script.

- The birthdate is now a jQuery calendar picker.

- The possible form errors are now shown within a popup dialog

- I slightly changed the format of the page (smaller logo)

- some code cleanup (you are not expected to comment on this...)

If you have time, please test it and give me some feedback, the new 
version is named edit-user-aa.php
