[iaoa-infrastructure] mailing list members updated

I created a website for IAOA at the following location:
http://ontologforum.org/iaoa
You need to log in to see it.  The user is "guest" and the password is
"ync+yab".
It is very similar in structure to iaoa.org but with the various pages
updated.
