[iaoa-infrastructure] Bug to be fixed: validating doesn't always the tag "member" (was: Re: validated but not member?)

This means we indeed have another task on our plate:

identifying the bug "validating doesn't always add the tag member" and
fixing it.
not an easy thing since this bug doesn't show up systematically :-(

in addition, this is code written by Ken, so the first candidate to look
into that matter obviously is Ken.
*Ken*, could you please tell us if you can take on this task?

I suggest that till the bug is not fixed Claudio be set as admin in the
website so that he can check the profiles and fix the missing tag.
I have updated his profile now.
(Claudio: I'll give you a quick tutorial)
