regarding your comments, no you do not need to look at the profile.
as I tried to write in the message "(data included in this message is
after the change)", the data sent is the resulting data, so the email
shown is the potentially the new one, if the member changed it.
of course, one doesn't know if indeed the change has been the email.
but you can use the manager / phpmyadmin to compare it with the email in
the DB, and if different, update it.
potentially there might be many irrelevant changes being notified, but
let's see what happens.
NB: I've just added the tag "member" to Tod Schneider, and see that even
admin changes not done by the user generate this notification, so I
suggest that any admin doing any such change inform mofficer to avoid
unnecessary action.
I will now update the notification to remove my own testing email from it.
I will also add a notification for deleted user, informing secretary and
mofficer.
