They are the two created by Frank: "IAOA: Check Deadlines" [I can edit]: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=os3b7er3ad4ela965ggjoa7u80%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=Europe%2FRome "IAOA: Check Events" [I can edit]: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=iaoa.member%40googlemail.com&ctz=Europe%2FRome which are full of data. Now, I'm not sure there is a need for handling 3 separate calendars. But in any case, all the information should appear in the same place on the website and I do not know whether different calendars can be merged for visualization on the website. The one on the new website will be discarded as soon as the decision has been made. Regarding whether one can merge different calendars, that is something that is done on the Google side, not on Wordpress. The owner of a calendar can import other calendars. NB: I have edited it several times, please have a look again. In general, the person(s) in charge of a task is/are marked, so please review those attributed to you (perhaps by mistake) in detail. In purple are the tasks deemed to be necessary before opening the website. Please mark what you have done when it is done (and turn the purple into black). I will be completely offline from tomorrow till May 8. Of course, you are invited to discuss between you whatever needs decision. I hope things to progress so we can keep the schedule, that is: *finish around mid-may*, to then test the whole thing and open by the *hard deadline of end of may*. A big piece of work regards fixing the database and the corresponding scripts, and then setting all the payment procedure when the bank account is ready. Which we all hope will be soon, of course! @ Frank: please have a look at the Statutes page (http://188.166.12.201/index.php/about/statute-and-bylaws/). There are many things missing or to be checked, starred. I do not have the Swiss data to fill that in properly. Best, Laure
