Hi all, 

i will join at three and invite a couple of students, but please note that we will not be able to be in the actual room used on Friday. We should therefore focus on the Zoom usage and breakout rooms etc.

I note that some of the breaks are very short. 

I have ordered the following for the on-site event: 

1) a coffee break at 11:15
2) lunch catering for 12:45 to 14:15
3) coffee break at 15:30
4) dinner at 19:00

Should not Session 2 start 15 min later so that the coffee break is at least 30 min long? Note that inside you always have to wear the mask, so regular breaks will be welcome in my opinion.
