In my personal opinion, by default I'd say that everyone who is ready to
contribute something (or is simply interested) can join the meeting.
Insofar please feel free to forward the announcement (just sent to the
list) to the person you have in mind.
NB: It'd be interesting to know who is (possibly) going to attend.

Topic-wise, as stated, I think that the next ESAO webinar will
be what we will primarily be dealing with, from the start. I'd
not expect to get to further topics before 1h will have passed.
