[iaoa-education] Proposal to move the next meeting (n.42), e.g. by one week to Wed, Oct 09, 2019

Meeting on Wednesday 9 October 2019 is fine with me. Would be possible 
to move the start time back 1/2 hour
to 10:00 EDT / 15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST?
