[iaoa-education] doodle polls for next meeting (n.18, in March) and for a new default meeting time

Dear all,

I¹m afraid I will no longer be able to contribute to the education
committee. 

I have been gathering information on courses taught around the world, and
created a google map that is linked to the wiki. If there is anything else
in the next few weeks that I can do to help transition my wiki
responsibilities to somebody else, please let me know.
