As example, how should (definition) references be sited, or where should comments about a (particular) definition be placed, or where should general comments (about the term) be placed. After looking at the format of the 'Books' page I suggested adopting parts of that format. Specifically, using a indent with a circle 'bullet' to denote comments, a line to separate different definitions, and at the bottom (below the last definition) a 'Commentary' area (see the entry for 'class'). I'm no sure the best format for references. Thoughts? You may use the third, intermediate option "(Yes)" to express your preferences or, in [2], to mark options where you may not be able to participate occasionally, but in most cases. In [1], please remember the intention to let a textbook meeting follow immediately after the general Education Committee meeting, where the general meeting should last only 45 minutes, I think (at most 60). In [2], note further that you need to convert the stated UTC times to your own time zone (in daylight saving time). Examples are given in the poll description. If you'd like to suggest additional options (earlier or later) or have any other comments on these polls, please let us or me know. The current selection of options is just a first proposal.
