formatting guidelines

suggest 2-3 term pages with a different layout

[14:40] FrankLoebe: ZW: if we get the structure sorted out by next
meeting, we can advertize the wiki again to get more input
[14:42] FrankLoebe: TS: Regarding 2b., I still need to do some updates
as intended two meetings ago

wiki in connection with starting editing the new textbook

page and update that possibly; in ca. September we may notify/ask groups
on whether they have any updates

[14:48] ZenaWood: FL: The idea is that they will be integrated
[14:48] ZenaWood: ZW: Is there not a server query?
[14:49] ZenaWood: FL: We have a company designing the new website and a
next step is to transfer that to the IAOA server. But that process is
currently stuck, so the Wordpress installation has not been transferred
to the IAOA servers yet.
[14:49] ZenaWood: FL: After transfer, the wiki and the IAOA website will
be integrated and run on the IAOA server at Trento.
[14:50] ZenaWood: TS: So IAOA will run their own servers instead of a
company?
[14:50] ZenaWood: FL: Currently the website runs on a uni server.
[14:51] ZenaWood: FL: It may be more reliable to buy server space but
that will need to be paid and won't free us from admin aspects
[14:51] ZenaWood: TS: It will not free us but will be reliable from an
infrastructure point of view
[14:51] ZenaWood: FL: We have someone at the uni helping us. He may not
help us if we move servers out, i.e., we would need someone else then.
