Dear Education Committee Members,

here's the link to a Doodle poll [1] in order to determine our next 
meeting date and time, as discussed in today's meeting.

Regarding the start time options, I added a slot at half past between 
the two hours named in the meeting.

As the duration is concerned, I'd consider 45 or 60 minutes for the 
general meeting. Presumably it is to be followed directly by a text book 
meeting, such that 90 to 120 minutes for both meetings may be assumed.
