[iaoa-bylaws] continuing revision of Swiss Statute and Bylaws, incl. recent versions

Dear all,
apologies for the short notice to those not present in the last EC
meeting (as of May 19).
Fabian, Marion and myself are going to meet tomorrow, May 28, starting
from 13:00 EDT / 19:00 CEST (with Marion joining around 30 minutes
later), in order to revisit the status of the Swiss versions of the IAOA
Statute and Bylaws and to plan their further editing into versions that
can be presented to the membership for a ballot.
NB: I realize that this meeting runs in parallel to the Ontology Summit
2015 Post-Mortem session, starting 30 minutes earlier (12:30 EDT / 18:30
CEST). That means, Fabian, Marion and myself cannot use the conference
bridge, but I suggest we do a direct Skype call then.
--> Should anyone else want to join, please let me know.
In preparation of tomorrow's meeting, I've reconstructed (a summary of)
the version history of those documents. My current notes on that are
copied below the URLs. The current version (v6) of both documents,
containing all changes and comments, and corresponding in their text to
the version (v5) submitted to the Swiss tax authorities in November 2014
are [1-2] in Google Docs.
