The priority is to get a minimal site working asap, even though the<br>
strategy suggested by Oliver, namely to ask FOIS participants wanting<br>
the reduction to commit to register to IAOA by the conference makes a<br>
lot of sense I believe.<br>

I see the following main tasks as the very minimum to be discussed so<br>
that progress can be made:<br>
<br>
- setting up the database following the new Swiss data (see # 5.33 on<br>
<a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rzHwcb86CFFR78EbaWNEc7Y1NizlExc9QGWOSoFR5tU/edit" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://docs.google.com/docume<wbr>nt/d/1rzHwcb86CFFR78EbaWNEc7Y1<wbr>NizlExc9QGWOSoFR5tU/edit</a>)<br>

- making the login-password WordPress procedure handles expiration date<br>
and other subtleties (# 5.30 or #5.29 if not possible with Wordpress)<br>
<br>
- creating the Types and Fees page (# 5.14)<br>
<br>
- establish the paypal account linked to Swiss account<br>
<br>
- install the payment procedure (at least Paypal and bank transfer) (# 5.35)<br>
<br>
<br>
But there are of course several other things, see all the purples items<br>
in the todo task (# 5 and 6).<br>
