Fourth Interdisciplinary School on Applied Ontology (ISAO)<br class="">
September 10-15, 2018 -- Cape Town, South Africa<br class="">

Description<br class="">

<br class="">
World-class experts in different disciplines (Applied Ontology,<br class="">
Biomedical Ontology, Logic and Philosophy, Conceptual Modeling,<br class="">
Semantic Technologies) will meet for a week with students, researchers<br class="">
and practitioners, to offer courses in complementary aspects of<br class="">
Applied Ontology.<br class="">
<br class="">
The school will be a full immersion experience in ontology, where<br class="">
lecturers engage in open discussions with each other, interact with<br class="">
the participants, and supervise micro-projects addressing Applied<br class="">
Ontology problems.<br class="">
<br class="">
ISAO will take place in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa,<br class="">
and is open to students, researchers and practitioners.<br class="">
