Hi,

I would prefer Oct 17th if possible due to a last minute meeting scheduled for tomorrow.

Best,

Dear Maria, Zena and all,

by now it is somewhat instructive to have a look at the Doodle poll [1]
again - thanks to all participants so far!

The two most promising options are these slots:
(1) Wednesdays, 09:30 EDT / 14:30 BST / 15:30 CEST/SAST
(2) Wednesdays, 10:00 EDT / 15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST/SAST

There is the issue that with a 90-min-slot we'd miss either Maria during
the last 30 min of option (2) or Todd during the first 30 min of option
(1). Might it thus be worth to consider planning for just a 60-min-slot,
starting at the later times of option (2)?

Regarding our next meeting (and my own constraints):

--> We should decide whether to meet in the week starting on Oct 08
or in the week starting on Oct 15, for an October meeting.

Assuming we'd try one of the two time slots above on a Wednesday, i.e.,
either Wed, Oct 10, or Wed, Oct 17, I need to say for myself that I'm
already blocked on this particular Wed, Oct 10, during the whole
afternoon (CEST/SAST), and thus cannot participate on that date,
unfortunately. (But further, meanwhile I could not even offer Tue, Oct
09, nor Fri, Oct 12, either.) Wed, Oct 17, would still work for me.
However, if Maria, Zena and most of us can join on Wed, Oct 10, I
certainly do not wish to stand in the way (and would try to catch up on
matters afterwards).

NB: Any decision before Mon, Oct 08, 06:00 EDT/11:00 BST/12:00 CEST/SAST
can still make it into this month's IAOA event newsletter - just to
mention, though it's a little tight, admittedly.

Thanks in advance for any views and comments,
best regards,
Frank
